We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Special Education Teacher to support our different programmes for neuro diverse kids. Our various programmes operate all 12 months of the year, so there is work through all seasons. In Takshashila there are various highly intensive programmes (play school, pre-vocational unit, remedial training and individualised one to one session) are operating to support the kids with special needs and these programmes are well supported by multiple rehabilitation professionals. Job Responsibility ------
– Develop individualised education programme IEP to set goals.
– Implement IEP in coordination with other staff members.
– Creating & Maintaining Effective Environments for Student Learning.
– Assessing Student Learning, IEP participation.
– Managing Student Behavior.
– Tracking each student’s progress by quarterly evaluation.
– Communication with the parents of students about their child’s progress.
Eligibility Criteria ------
1. Graduate and diploma in special education (intellectual disability/ autism spectrum disorder/ learning disability / hearing impairment/intellectual and development disabilities)
OR
2 . Ed. in special education (intellectual disability/ autism spectrum disorder/ learning disability / hearing impairment)
OR
3. Certified course in Special education (RCI regisered) (intellectual disability/ autism spectrum disorder/ learning disability / hearing impairment)
