We are currently seeking a enthusiastic and motivated speech language pathologist to work with neuro diverse children at our centre. Our various programmes operate all 12 months of the year, so there is work through all seasons. In Takshashila there are various highly intensive programmes (play school, Pre- vocational unit, remedial training and individualised one to one session ) are running to support the kids with special needs and these programmes are well supported by multiple rehabilitation professionals . Job Responsibility ------
– Primarily responsible for providing specialized services to children with special needs who have enrolled in different programme at our centre and have individualised education plan requirements for SLP support.
– Conducts assessments and writes comprehensive school-based reports.
– Consults and collaborates with parent/teacher/IEP team regarding service delivery modifications, accommodations and/or generalization of skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including speaking, writing, listening, motivating, inspiring, collaborating, delegating.
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and follow-up with multiple, simultaneous projects.
Eligibility Criteria ------
1. Bachelor in speech language audiology and pathology (BASLP).
OR
2. Diploma in hearing, language and speech (DHLS).
